A key part of this system is SISTER, our electronic monitoring and tracking platform, which allows plant supervisors to access accident data in real time, share best practices, and alert other managers to potential safety concerns.

To ensure that our employees have the knowledge and tools to assure their own safety and that of their coworkers, we provide employees with protective equipment and rigorous instruction using the most advanced training technology. Our ultimate safety goal is to provide a workplace completely free of accidents.

A crisis management training course, focused on the protection of people´s safety and well-being and assurance of operation continuity, is available for all our employees. This course, based on company global policies on safety, helps our personnel have the abilities to handle special situations, including issues of personal security and anti-corruption practices.
